TIPS Certified Responsible Beverage Service (RBS) training is an approved RBS provider by the California Alcoholic Beverage Control (ABC). TIPS gives individuals the knowledge and confidence they need to recognize potential alcohol-related problems and intervene to prevent alcohol-related tragedies.
