Refund Policy
By submitting payment for any of our services, you acknowledge and accept our Refund Policy. Please note that the Refund Policy varies by type of service purchased.
Bartending Course
Students have the right to cancel or withdraw from their enrollment agreement and obtain a refund under the following provisions:

Students may obtain a full refund, minus the non-refundable registration fee of $200, before the first day of instruction.

Students may obtain a prorated refund, minus the non-refundable registration fee of $200, within six days from their first day of instruction. The prorated refund will be calculated based on the total number of instructor and practice hours the student has completed out of the 40 hours required.For example, if a student were to cancel on the sixth day and has thus far completed 20 hours, they would receive 50% (20hours/40hours * 100%) of the refundable amount paid whereby the refundable amount paid is the package cost minus the non-refundable registration fee.

No refunds will be given after the sixth day from the first day of instruction.
Students must provide Prestige Bartender Academy written notice of cancellation or withdrawal by mail, delivered in person, or by email to admin@prestigebaracademy.com. Prestige Bartender Academy will have up to 35 days to process the refund from the date the cancellation is received. Prestige Bartender Academy has the sole discretion in applying paid monies to a future course.
All Other Courses and Workshops
You may obtain a full refund by providing Prestige Bartender Academy written notice of cancellation 24 hours before the start of the class or workshop. Failure to do so will result in forfeit of monies paid. Prestige Bartender Academy has the sole discretion in applying paid monies to a future course or workshop.
Written notice of cancellation may be made by mail, delivered in person, or by email to admin@prestigebaracademy. Prestige Bartender Academy will have up to 35 days to process the refund from the date the cancellation is received.
Private Parties
You may obtain a full refund by providing Prestige Bartender Academy written notice of cancellation one week before the scheduled party date. You may cancel within four days of the event to receive half of monies paid. No money will be refunded for cancellations made less than four days from the event date.
